THINGS TO KNOW

Shear requires an adequate work space with access to functional, electrical outlets. On the day of the event. Hair must be washed and completely dry prior to receiving services. If receiving make-up services, face must be make-up free and clean for application.

NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT

Non-refundable deposit of $50.00 payment will be charged upon the signing of this agreement to secure the date stated above. A minimum of $250.00 is required to book.

PAYMENT

The balance is due on day of services cash and credit card are accepted. The person (s) responsible for entire balance of payment is person (s) who has signed contract.

CANCELLATION

Must be made 7 days prior to event date stated above, or you will be responsible for full amount of services agreed upon in this contract.

CHANGES

Shear does not accept last minute services on the day of event, due to the quality of time required per service. Additional services must be submitted no later than three days prior to the event. Once the services have been added to the total, the Balance Due on this Contract will be adjusted accordingly. Any legal fees from a broken contract must be paid by individual requesting the contract, or the signatory of the contract.

Any modification or amendment to this Contract must be done in writing and agreed to by Shear in writing.
